How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, including processing your AI try-on requests and showing you personalized recommendations. We use your email to communicate with you about your account, send you newsletters (with your consent), and notify you about changes to our policies or service. We process pet photos specifically to generate AI visualizations for you. We also analyze usage data to improve our website and services, detect and prevent fraud or abuse, ensure the security of our systems, and comply with legal obligations.

AI Try-On Feature

When you upload a photo of your pet to use our AI try-on feature, your image is processed by our AI service to generate visualizations of clothing on your pet. These uploaded photos are processed only to create these visualizations and are not used to train or improve our AI models. Photos are stored temporarily on our secure servers and are automatically deleted after 30 days. You retain all rights to the photos you upload, and the AI-generated images created from your photos are licensed to you for your personal use.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with service providers who assist us in operating our website and conducting our business, such as hosting providers, payment processors, and analytics services. We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government request, and when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our legal rights or the safety of our users. If PawStyle is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, and we will notify you of any such change.

If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Children's Privacy

PawStyle is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information and terminate the child's account. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors.
