PawStyle provides pet clothing products for dogs and cats, along with an AI-powered try-on visualization tool that allows users to see how clothing will look on their pets. Our service includes browsing and purchasing veterinary-designed pet clothing, using the AI try-on feature to preview outfits on uploaded pet photos, and accessing information about pet care and sizing. We operate through the website located at https://paw.style and may expand our services to include additional features.

Account Registration

To use certain features of PawStyle, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of this information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You represent that you are at least 18 years old, or if you are under 18, that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use PawStyle. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

AI Try-On Feature Terms

The AI try-on feature generates visual approximations of how clothing will appear on your pet using generative AI technology. These generated images are not guaranteed to accurately represent the exact fit, comfort, or real-world appearance of clothing on your pet. The visualization is an approximation based on your uploaded photo and the product design. You acknowledge that actual fit may vary significantly from the AI-generated preview, and we recommend checking sizing guides and customer reviews before making purchase decisions. You must own or have the legal right to use any photos you upload. You agree not to upload images that are harmful, abusive, obscene, copyrighted (unless you own the copyright), or otherwise violate third-party rights.

Product Disclaimers

Product photos and descriptions on our site, including AI-generated previews, are visual estimates only and should not be relied upon as accurate representations of fit or appearance. Actual clothing fit may vary based on your pet's unique size, shape, and proportions. Always supervise your pet while wearing clothing to ensure comfort and safety. Our pet clothing is not a medical device and should not be used to treat medical conditions. If your pet has skin conditions, health concerns, or shows signs of discomfort while wearing our products, consult your veterinarian immediately. We recommend testing fit and comfort before extended wear.

Intellectual Property

PawStyle, including all logos, designs, graphics, text, and website content, is owned by or licensed to MV Clinic and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content from this site without our prior written permission. Photos and content you upload remain your property and you retain all rights to them. AI-generated images produced from your uploads are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use AI-generated images for commercial purposes, resale, or in any way that competes with PawStyle's services.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use PawStyle for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited activities include: scraping or automated collection of data from our site using bots or other automated tools; gaining unauthorized access to our systems or attempting to do so; misrepresenting AI-generated images as authentic photos of real pets wearing clothing; uploading harmful, abusive, or illegal content; circumventing security measures; interfering with the operation of our servers; and using our services to harass, defame, or violate the rights of others. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

Limitation of Liability

PawStyle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use PawStyle, including damages related to fit issues, pet discomfort, reliance on AI-generated previews, or product defects. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users or third parties, and your use of PawStyle is at your own risk.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PawStyle by MV Clinic and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensees from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and liabilities (including legal fees) arising from your use of PawStyle, violation of these terms, infringement of any third-party rights, or any content you upload or share. This includes claims arising from pet injury or discomfort related to products purchased through our site.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to PawStyle at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or posed a risk to other users or our services. Upon termination, your right to access PawStyle ceases immediately, and any content you've uploaded may be deleted.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall take place exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
